Storage

1.This type of batteries are liquid lead-acid storage batteries and should be stored in dry, clean and well-ventilated place with the temperature of 5-25°C, and should be kept from sunlight and at least 2 meters from heat source.

2. The battery mustn't be inverted or lain down, and must be kept from any mechanical strike and heavy pressure.

3.  This series of batteries can be stored for 6 months at room temperature and don't need recharging before using in these 6 months. If the batteries are stored for longer than 6 months.they can still be put into use after recharging.

Charging

Hydrogen and oxygen are produced from water electrolysis in the late stage of charging, so charging consumes water, and the higher charging voltage, the more water consumed. This series of batteries don't need watering in charging, so it is strongly recommended to use constant voltage charge method and try to avoid constant current charge method.

1.Battery charging 
Constant current charge method
Charge one battery @ 0.1C20 (A) for 2-4 hours, ie. 10% of 20 hour-rate nominal capacity.
Constant voltage charge method
Charge the battery for 16 hours with constant voltage at 16V. (Maximum current is less than 25A)

2.Normal Charging
Constant current charge method
Charge one battery @0.1C20(A), ie, 10% of 20 hour-rate nominal capacity until the voltage of the terminal reaches 14.4V and then continue to charge the battery for 2-3 hours. 
Constant voltage charge method 
Charge the battery for 24 hours with constant voltage at 16V. (Maximum current is less than 25A)

3.Gas is created in the charging process. The upper exhaust vent of the battery should be checked on regular basics to prevent explosion in case the exhaust vent is blocked.

4.When charging, connect the anode of charger to the anode of storage battery and connect the cathode of charger to the cathode of a battery. It is prohibited to reverse anode and cathode of a battery.

5.When the temperature of electrolyte in a battery is over 45°C in charging process, charging voltage or current should be reduced conditionally to prevent electrolyte from splashing for high temperature.

Installation

1. Before installation, pay attention to the safety signs on the label of the battery to avoid any accidents.

2. Before installation, small amount of Vaseline should be smeared on each battery terminals to prevent corrosion. Connection should be firm and stable. It is prohibited to strike the battery terminals to prevent acid leakage because of the loose connection.

3. When installing the battery, the anode of storage battery should be connected to the anode of vehicle motor and the cathode of storage battery should be connected to the cathode of vehicle motor.

Maintenance

1. The indicator on cell cover can display the battery’s state of charge. When it displays “Green”, the battery can work normally. When it displays “Black”, the battery should be charged in time. When it displays “White”, the battery should be replaced at once.

2. As for the “Capacity Loss” of battery caused by all kind of reasons, it should be charged in time to prevent the battery from sulfation which can reduce the performance of battery.

3. Overcharge must be strictly prohibited in using and charging process to prevent from losing excessive water which can lead to rustiness in grill and lead paste drops off which makes premature failure.

4. For the battery installed in vehicle, if it is not used for a long term (usually over 15 days), please uninstall it from vehicle and store it in cool and dry place, and charge the battery every 3-6 months. You can see if it needs recharging as per the indicator on the battery.

Following Situations Are Not Included In Our Quality Warranty

1. Warranty card is not be showed.

2. Out of the period of quality warranty.

3. Battery is not used or maintained properly.

4. Battery is not installed properly.

5. Change vehicle's original design and add electrical load.

6. The faults of customers' vehicles cause the poor performance of a battery.

7. The battery is not suitable for the type of vehicle or the battery is not operated normally.

8. Change the structure of battery by users (for example terminals).

9. The battery is broken and damaged on the appearance and has melted terminals etc.

10. Damage and injury from explosion caused by not following the operation manual.
